Purchase Agreement

Here at Createyourbusiness.biz, we help facilitate the interaction between businesses who want to connect with members of their communities, and members of the community that would like to purchase an asset from the business owner and receive income, when the asset is put into operation.

Createyourbusiness.biz is a Community Supported business operating the website https://www.createyourbusiness.biz. How It Works

  • Business owners contract with Createyourbusiness.biz to list their business on the website. Assets that are used in the operation of the business are posted. Community members then have the opportunity to purchase assets from the business. The business owner then places that asset into service. The community member begins to receive income as the company creates sales and revenue.
  • For our community members who are beginners here is the income formula: revenue – expenses = net income.
  • An example of how you the customer earn net income – when you own/purchase an asset that is 10 percent of the total assets of the business, you will receive 10 percent of the net income. If the customer owns an asset that is 2 percent of the total assets, then you will receive 2 percent of the net income.
  • As a business sells its products; for example, hamburgers, time rented in the hot tub, custom cut laser signs, it creates expenses. Those expenses are then deducted from the revenue that the products created. The difference is net income. The net income will then be distributed proportionally to the asset holders.
  • We use a certified CPA to process revenue, pay expenses, and distribute net income.
  • Our professional team will analyze each business and work with the owners and managers to create the best opportunities for the community members to receive the most amount of net income possible.
  • Ownership percentage will be calculated at the end of the day on the last day of the month.
  • Your purchase of an asset or assets from one of the businesses that most interests you constitute your contract with us.
